At the ITRA Global conference held in Buckhead, Atlanta earlier this month, the international collective of independent tenant representation firms had a meeting of the minds to discuss our perspectives of the world's major metropolitan commercial real estate markets, current office space design trends, technology impacts on the use of space, and best practices leveraging current cloud services.
Seattle market statistics wowed the crowd with its blistering pace of development (62 active cranes) and explosion of the technology industry growth, driven by Amazon.
As part of the conference, the unveiling of the organization's beta website was demonstrated by Derek Hermsen of Union Street Corporate Real Estate, LLC, the Seattle affiliate office of ITRA Global.
