ITRA Global proudly announces the organization’s expansion into Seattle, Washington, after having added an office in Orlando, Florida just last month.  ITRA Global, the International Tenant Representative Alliance, with headquarters based in the United States, is one of the largest organizations dedicated to exclusively representing tenants and buyers of commercial real estate.

“After meeting Derek Hermsen at our recent conference in Fort Lauderdale, we are thrilled to have his firm join ITRA Global”, stated Chris Atwater, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ITRA Global.  “Seattle has continued to grow in importance in the technology sector and is a hotbed for new startups. I am confident that this addition will be of tremendous benefit to our clients.”

Derek Hermsen, founder and designated broker of Union Street Corporate Real Estate, LLC, brings over 16 years of tenant representation experience to the table on behalf of his select clients.  “Union Street Corporate Real Estate is excited to be a part of ITRA Global as the Seattle affiliate”, says Derek. “Joining ITRA Global gives our clients access to a global network of tenant representatives that provide international perspective, experience, and market data.”

Building his company based on principles of sustainable practices, innovative uses of technology, and useful market data, Derek provides his clients with best-in-class service and superior lease economics, rights, provisions, and protections.  He is driven by making his clients more successful at their businesses through their real estate strategies; whether it’s through operational efficiencies, recruitment, staff retention, growth projections, or a host of other underlying factors impacted by real estate decisions.
