Northgate Transit Center Development


King County wants to select a developer in Q2 2018.

It is a mixed-use project, which includes at least 200 affordable units at its Northgate Transit Center. The development will range in size from 1.5MM to 1.8MM square feet.

The city of Seattle wants to up-zone the property from 125 to 240 feet.

Phase 1 is scheduled to break-ground in Q4 2018, which is the affordable housing on the east.

The light rail station is slated for completion in 2021. Phase 2 is scheduled to break-ground in Q4 2021. Image by VIA Architecture.
